Sindingba Rural Municipality


Sindingba rural municipality is a beautiful rural municipality situated in the eastern part of the Taplegung District. This rural municipality was developed by merging Kalikhola village development committee, Saadewa village development committee, Aankhop village development committee, Saablakhu village development committee, Limbudin village development committee, Mehele village development committee, and Surumkhim village development committee. The total area of this rural municipality is 206 square kilometers. This rural municipality is divided into seven wards. Ward number one is the area covered by previous Kalikhola village development committee, ward number two is the area covered by previous Saadewa village development committee, ward number three is the area covered by previous Aankhop village development committee, ward number four is the area covered by previous Saablakhu village development committee, ward number five is the area covered by previous Limbudin village development committee, ward number six is the area covered by the previous Mehele village development committee and ward number seven is the area covered by the previous Surumkhim village development committee. This rural municipality is bordered in the east by India and Panchthar District in the north by Sirijangha rural municipality in the west by Yangwarak rural municipality and Sirijangha rural municipality and in the south by Panchthar District. This rural municipality has a population of 12099. The best tourist attracting place of this rural municipality is Timbang Pokhari, Dhwandhwange waterfall.
